Meet Alicia,

I am a qualified Sports Nutritionist, having completed a Bachelor of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Newcastle focusing on sports nutrition, and Personal Trainer of 12 years. I have both lectured and mentored students on sports nutrition studying a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. I also hold a Master of Public Health in which I focused my studies towards nutrition and public health promotion.

I have competed in marathons, fun runs and trail runs. I have played competitive basketball and netball. I am a mum to three beautiful boys and love food, sport and fitness. I am excited to combine my passions and support clients to perform their best at their chosen sport or fitness journey by developing personalised sports nutrition plans.

My goal is to work closely with my clients, understand their sporting or fitness goals, identify their personal dietary needs, and compile a sports nutrition plan tailored to suit.

    • Initial Consultation (45min)

    • Weekly personalised meal plans for 8 weeks

    • 8 x Follow up call weekly (15min) to assess progress and goal achievement
